Chief of Fire Department Jim Clack appointed two new Deputy Chiefs in a ceremony at the BCFD Fire Academy. Donald W. Heinbuch, a 38 year veteran of the BCFD and Joe T. Pryor, a retired Assistant Chief of the Miami-Dade, FL FD were sworn in as new Deputy Chiefs of the Department.
