On Wednesday, February 7, 2024 a firey accident occurred at the corner of Mulberry and Green Streets in downtown Baltimore. Around 9:00 AM a stolen car struck several cars that were sitting at the red light at the intersection before bursting into flames. The first two cars involved were able to move away from the resulting fire. Before the Fire Department arrived the fire quickly intensified and the heavy black smoke could be seen for miles around the City.
One person was treated on the scene for minor injuries and the driver of the stolen car fled the scene. Baltimore Police remained on the scene investigating the accident.
