At 12:13 PM Sunday November 18, 2012 units from Howard, Carroll, and Montgomery County were alerted for a house fire at 2175 Woodbine Road in Lisbon.
Units arrived to find a large 2 ½ story frame house with heavy smoke and fire through the roof. They began an interior attack and asked for a Tanker Task Force to establish a water supply. A portable water tank was set up in the driveway at Woodbine Road approximately ¼ mile from the house. A tanker shuttle was established to keep a constant water supply.
The fire was brought under control in about 90 minutes. No injuries were reported and the Howard County Fire Marshal responded to investigate the cause.
