On July 28, 2011 Project Liberty Ship, S.S. John W. Brown left her home berth at Pier 1, South Clinton St. and was escorted to the Inner Harbor by Fire Boat 1 and Fire Rescue Boat 1. John W. Brown, the oldest surviving of two Liberty Ships, visits Baltimore's Inner Harbor July 28-31, 2011. The Brown docked at the Inner Harbor's West Wall Thursday morning, July 26 and will remain until Sunday evening, July 31.
