On August 14, 2012 shortly before 10:00 AM Engine and Medic 15 from Eastview were dispatched to an auto accident at North Point Blvd. and Baltimore St. When they arrived two cars were involved in a rear end collision and the driver of the front car was trapped inside with the doors jammed shut. A rescue assignment was then requested bringing Truck 15, Squad 263 and EMS 3. When Truck 15 arrived they proceeded to pry the door open and free the driver. Within 20 minutes he was freed and loaded unto the Medic Unit and transported to the local hospital where he was evaluated for injuries.
