On November 10, 2016, around 1200 hours, stations in the Riveria Beach area were alerted for a house fire located at 7756-58 Middlegate Court (Box 13-7)
Engine 301 (Armiger) arrived on the scene reporting fire through the roof of a two story duplex house. Crews deployed attack lines into the structure and made their way to the second floor and attic area as a primary search proved negative. The fire was quickly brought under control and salvage and overhaul operations were started.

There were no firefighter or civilian injuries and the cause is under investigation by the County Fire Investigators. Loss is unknown at this time.
