On Sunday, May 19, 2013 fire broke out in a 2 ½ story frame duplex dwelling in northeast Baltimore. Around 9:30 AM fire box area 27-10 was struck out for a fire at 3000-02 Erdman Ave. Fire was on the first floor rear and traveled through the walls to the second floor. Battalion Chief 4 made it a working fire followed by a second alarm a few minutes later. Crews made entry and made a quick knock on the fire. Crews went into the attached residence next door to check for extension there.
The fire was under control in about 30 minutes and no injuries were reported.
